Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or picked up. However, your satisfaction means the world to us! If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or an error on our part—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as baking has not begun. After that time, we cannot accept cancellations since each order is made to order in small batches.

Damages and issues
